Insurance and Storage Terms

Maplewood Auto Service provides outdoor parking space only. We do not provide insurance for stored vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, equipment, or contents. The owner must keep the item registered, insured, locked, and in towable or drivable condition unless staff approves otherwise in writing.

Customer remains responsible for weather, hail, theft, vandalism, collision, leaks, mechanical failure, battery drain, pests, contents, and third-party damage except where Minnesota law does not allow responsibility to be limited. A signed storage agreement is required before anything is left on the lot.

Minnesota storage law has specific rules for rental agreements, liens, default notices, and owner liability, so this page is not the final contract. Staff will confirm the details and agreement at drop-off.
